Steve established the company in 1984 and has developed the business over the years. He is responsible for the design & development of new products including the “Litter Bug” machine changed how the broiler industry operates.
An engineer and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Quarrying Australia, he has held a number of board positions including 3 years as director of Port Kembla Port Corporation.
Company Founder and company secretary responsible for managing all accounts staff and head office operations.
Lucy’s input in the business since inception has been a very important role as she has developed the internal business operations and implemented new accounting systems and practices as the business has grown.
Jason started with Multiquip as an apprentice sheet metal worker in 1994 and went on to complete a University Degree as Bachelor of Technology Management for Manufacturing.
He is responsible for overseeing the management team of Multiquip and is responsible for company development and continuous improvement. He also undertakes planning and approval management for the company working with specialist consultants and approval authorities.
Daniel is the workshop manager for the Multiquip service division.
He is responsible for the allocation of work and coordinating the ordering of parts for the mechanics working within the organisation.
Daniel is a qualified Diesel mechanic and has been working with the Multiquip group since 2009.
Annemarie is the Poultry product Sales Manager and office supervisor.
Annemarie has been working within the business since 1996.
Annemarie knowledge of small scale incubation and company products is a valuable asset to the Multiquip Group.
Elisa is the truck allocations administrator & supervisor and has been allocating the company vehicles since 2000.
She deals with all drivers and customers on a daily basis and manages the allocation process of the Vehicles for the Multiquip Transport & Multiquip Aggregates fleets.
Elisa is also responsible for overseeing the compliance with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme.
Joe has been with Multiquip since 1991 and is responsible for the engineering factory operations.
He is a Boilermaker by trade but has kept up with the pace of technological change utilising CAD software and CNC equipment within daily operations.
He is responsible for customer liaising, preparing and allocating works, development of the company products and services.
Vicki has been working as a consultant to the Multiquip group for since 1989 and is responsible for preparing all company management reports and budgets.
Her knowledge of the company has grown over time and her understanding of the separate group entities is valuable. She also works with external accountant providers Rick Mandelson of Capital Business Partners the various staff members of Lawler Partners.
Craig is the on-site hatchery manager for the Multiquip Maldon Hatchery. He is responsible for all aspects of the site operation and the site management team.
Craig has been working on the Multiquip hatchery project since the planning phase in 2010 throughout construction and now through site operations.
